นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
ขอบเขต
นโยบายนี้ใช้กับระบบภายในของบริษัท 3 ส่วน คือ (1) ระบบตอบแชทลูกค้าที่ส่งข้อความถึงเพจ Facebook ของบริษัทผ่าน Messenger (2) เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ผลงานของช่อง TikTok ที่บริษัทดำเนินการ และ (3) ระบบตอบข้อความและคอมเมนต์ที่ลูกค้าส่งถึงบัญชีธุรกิจ TikTok ของบริษัท ระบบทั้งหมดใช้ภายในบริษัทเท่านั้น ใช้เฉพาะกับบัญชีที่บริษัทเป็นเจ้าของ และไม่ได้เปิดให้บุคคลทั่วไปสมัครใช้งาน
1. แชทผ่าน Facebook Messenger
ข้อมูลที่เราได้รับ
- ข้อความและไฟล์แนบที่ท่านส่งถึงเพจ Facebook ของบริษัท
- ชื่อที่แสดงและรหัสผู้ใช้เฉพาะเพจ (Page-scoped ID) ที่ Meta ส่งมาพร้อมข้อความ
- ข้อมูลที่ท่านแจ้งเองในแชท เช่น เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ไอดี LINE หรือรุ่นรถที่สนใจ
- ข้อความที่พนักงานของบริษัทตอบกลับท่าน
วัตถุประสงค์การใช้
- ตอบคำถามและให้บริการเกี่ยวกับการซื้อ-ขายรถที่ท่านติดต่อเข้ามา
- ส่งต่อแชทให้พนักงานขายที่ดูแลท่าน และติดตามเวลาตอบเพื่อคุณภาพของบริการ
สิ่งที่เราไม่ทำ
- ไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่เปิดเผยข้อความของท่านแก่บุคคลภายนอก
- ไม่ส่งข้อความหาท่านก่อน — ตอบเฉพาะในบทสนทนาที่ท่านเริ่ม ตามกติกาของ Messenger
- ไม่โพสต์ ไม่แก้ไข และไม่ลบเนื้อหาใดๆ ในบัญชี Facebook ของท่าน
การเก็บรักษาและผู้เข้าถึง
- เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผ่านระบบที่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบก่อนทุกครั้ง
- ข้อความและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องถูกลบโดยอัตโนมัติเมื่อครบ 60 วันนับจากข้อความล่าสุดของท่าน
การขอลบข้อมูล (Facebook Messenger)
ท่านขอให้ลบข้อมูลของท่านได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยส่งข้อความถึงเพจ Facebook ของบริษัทว่า "ขอลบข้อมูล" หรือติดต่อตามช่องทางด้านล่าง เราจะลบข้อความและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับท่านออกจากระบบภายใน 30 วัน และแจ้งกลับเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จ
2. เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ช่อง TikTok
ใช้เฉพาะกับบัญชีที่เจ้าของบัญชีกด "อนุญาต" ผ่าน TikTok Login Kit ด้วยตัวเองเท่านั้น
ข้อมูลที่เราเข้าถึง
- ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของบัญชี: รหัสบัญชีสำหรับแอป (open_id) และชื่อที่แสดง
- รายการคลิปของบัญชี พร้อมยอดวิว ยอดไลก์ ยอดคอมเมนต์ และยอดแชร์ ชื่อคลิป ความยาว และลิงก์คลิป
- หากเจ้าของบัญชีให้สิทธิ์เพิ่มเติม: จำนวนผู้ติดตาม ยอดไลก์รวม และจำนวนคลิปของบัญชี
สิ่งที่เครื่องมือนี้ไม่ทำ
- ไม่โพสต์ ไม่แก้ไข และไม่ลบเนื้อหาใดๆ ในบัญชี TikTok ของท่าน
- ไม่อ่านข้อความส่วนตัวของบัญชีที่ให้สิทธิ์ ไม่เข้าถึงรหัสผ่าน และไม่เก็บรูปโปรไฟล์
- ไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลให้บุคคลภายนอก
วัตถุประสงค์การใช้: จัดทำรายงานผลงานของช่อง TikTok ที่บริษัทดำเนินการหรือได้รับอนุญาต เช่น ยอดวิวและการมีส่วนร่วมรายวัน เพื่อการตัดสินใจภายในบริษัทเท่านั้น
การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
- โทเคนการเข้าถึงถูกเข้ารหัสก่อนจัดเก็บ
- สถิติรายคลิปและรายบัญชีเก็บไว้ตลอดช่วงที่บัญชียังเชื่อมต่ออยู่
- ข้อมูลดิบจาก TikTok API เก็บไม่เกิน 90 วัน และข้อมูลแจ้งเตือนจาก TikTok (webhook) เก็บไม่เกิน 180 วัน จากนั้นลบโดยอัตโนมัติ
การยกเลิกสิทธิ์และการลบข้อมูล: ท่านยกเลิกสิทธิ์ได้ทุกเมื่อจากการตั้งค่าของแอป TikTok (จัดการสิทธิ์ของแอป) เมื่อ TikTok แจ้งการยกเลิกมายังเรา ระบบจะหยุดดึงข้อมูลและลบโทเคนของบัญชีนั้นโดยอัตโนมัติ หากต้องการให้ลบสถิติที่เก็บไว้ด้วย โปรดติดต่อเรา
3. ข้อความและคอมเมนต์บนบัญชีธุรกิจ TikTok ของบริษัท
ใช้เฉพาะกับบัญชี TikTok Business ที่บริษัทเป็นเจ้าของ (เช่น @oxletauto และ @guru_jamesoxlet) ผ่าน TikTok API for Business เพื่อให้คำถามของลูกค้าเรื่องรถถึงพนักงานขายได้เร็ว
ข้อมูลที่เราได้รับ
- ข้อความส่วนตัว (Direct Message) และไฟล์แนบที่ท่านส่งถึงบัญชีธุรกิจของบริษัท
- คอมเมนต์ที่ท่านเขียนใต้คลิปของบัญชีธุรกิจของบริษัท
- ชื่อที่แสดงและรหัสผู้ใช้ที่ TikTok ส่งมาพร้อมข้อความหรือคอมเมนต์
- ข้อความที่พนักงานของบริษัทตอบกลับท่าน
วัตถุประสงค์การใช้
- ตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับการซื้อ-ขายรถ และส่งต่อให้พนักงานขายที่ดูแลท่าน
- จัดลำดับคอมเมนต์ที่รอการตอบ และรายงานผลงานคอนเทนต์ของบริษัทภายในบริษัท
สิ่งที่เราไม่ทำ
- ไม่ส่งข้อความหาท่านก่อน — ตอบเฉพาะในบทสนทนาที่ท่านเริ่ม ตามกติกาของ TikTok
- ไม่เข้าถึงบัญชี TikTok ของท่าน และไม่โพสต์หรือแก้ไขเนื้อหาในบัญชีของท่าน
- ไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่านแก่บุคคลภายนอก

ความปลอดภัยและสิทธิของท่าน
- รับส่งข้อมูลผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) และจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตามหน้าที่ของพนักงาน
- ท่านมีสิทธิตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 เช่น ขอเข้าถึง ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ หรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูลของท่าน โดยติดต่อตามช่องทางด้านล่าง

Privacy Policy
Scope
This policy covers three internal systems of OXLET AUTO COMPANY LIMITED ("Oxlet Auto", "we"): (1) our customer chat system for messages people send to the company's Facebook Pages via Messenger, (2) our analytics tool for TikTok channels operated by the company, and (3) our system for replying to direct messages and comments that customers send to the company's own TikTok Business Accounts. All of them are used internally by the company only, only for accounts the company owns, and are not open for public sign-up.
1. Facebook Messenger conversations
Data we receive
- Messages and attachments you send to the company's Facebook Page.
- Your display name and Page-scoped ID, as provided by Meta with each message.
- Information you choose to share in the chat, such as your phone number, LINE ID or the car you are interested in.
- Replies our staff send to you.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and provide service related to buying or selling a car.
- To route your conversation to the sales staff responsible for you and to monitor response times for service quality.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or disclose your messages to third parties.
- We do not message you first — we only reply in conversations you start, following Messenger's rules.
- We never post, edit or delete content on your Facebook account.
Retention and access
- Only relevant staff can access the data, through a system that requires login.
- Messages and related data are deleted automatically 60 days after your last message.
Data deletion requests (Facebook Messenger)
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by sending "delete my data" to the company's Facebook Page or by contacting us as shown below. We will delete your messages and related data from our system within 30 days and confirm once done.
2. TikTok analytics tool
Applies only to accounts whose owners explicitly click "Authorize" through TikTok Login Kit.
Data we access
- Basic account info: the app-scoped account ID (open_id) and display name.
- The account's video list with view, like, comment and share counts, title, duration and link.
- If the owner grants the additional permission: follower count, total likes and video count.
What this tool does not do
- It never posts, edits or deletes content on your TikTok account.
- It does not read the private messages of authorized accounts, access passwords, or store profile pictures.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
How we use it: to produce internal performance reports (e.g. daily views and engagement) for TikTok channels operated by or authorized to Oxlet Auto.
Retention: access tokens are encrypted at rest. Video and account statistics are kept while the account remains connected. Raw API responses are deleted after 90 days and TikTok webhook events after 180 days.
Revoking access and deletion: you can revoke access at any time in the TikTok app's app-permission settings. When TikTok notifies us, we stop collecting data and automatically delete that account's tokens. Contact us to also delete stored statistics.
3. Messages and comments on the company's TikTok Business Accounts
Applies only to TikTok Business Accounts owned by the company (such as @oxletauto and @guru_jamesoxlet), through the TikTok API for Business, so that customers' questions about cars reach our sales staff quickly.
Data we receive
- Direct messages and attachments you send to the company's TikTok Business Account.
- Comments you post on the company's TikTok videos.
- Your display name and user ID, as provided by TikTok with each message or comment.
- Replies our staff send to you.
How we use it
- To answer your questions about buying or selling a car and route you to the responsible sales staff.
- To prioritize comments that need a reply and to report the performance of the company's own content internally.
What we do not do
- We do not message you first — we only reply in conversations you start, following TikTok's rules.
- We do not access your TikTok account, and we never post or edit content on your account.
- We do not sell, rent or disclose your data to third parties.
Retention and access
- Only relevant staff can access the data, through a system that requires login.
- Direct messages are deleted automatically 60 days after your last message; comments after 90 days.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact below; we will do so within 30 days.
Security and your rights
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to staff who need it for their role.
- Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by contacting us below.
